ACL: Anterior cruciate ligament
ADR: Adverse drug reaction
AIDS : Acquired Immune deficiency
ARF : Acute Renal failure

UTI : Urinary Tract Infection
UA : Urinalysis
THR : Total Hip Replacement

TAH : Total abdominal hysterectomy
T&A : Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy
SOB: Shortness of breath
